Refund and Returns Policy

At UrbanEdge Trade Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are sourced and customized according to business requirements, returns and refunds are handled carefully.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Incorrect product is supplied.
  • Product arrives damaged during transit.
  • Manufacturing defects are found.
  • Claim is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized products
  • Bulk sourcing orders
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products approved before dispatch

Refund Process

After inspection and approval, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method wherever applicable.

Replacement

Where possible, damaged or incorrect products will be replaced instead of refunded.

Orders may be cancelled before procurement, sourcing, or dispatch begins.

Customized sourcing orders, international procurement requests, and special manufacturing orders cannot be cancelled once production or sourcing has started.

Approved cancellations will be processed according to the applicable agreement between the Company and the client.
